Subject	modifying 96 turbo to 1995 turbo specs

Message	Wondering how much it would cost to change camshafts, ecu, and add VTC to make a 96 to ob1 specifications or I should just leave as is and modify intercooler, exhaust, and get upgraded ob2 ecu. Responses appreciated.
